Yes. We integrate with Collibra, Alation, Atlan, and Microsoft Purview via bidirectional connectors. Controls and stewards stay in sync without manual reconciliation.
Every AI capability is feature-flagged at the workflow level. You can run StewardIQ as a pure governance system, or layer copilots on selectively.
 

Security & Compliance

Where is customer data stored?

Data is stored in your tenant’s preferred region (US, EU, UK, or APAC) on SOC 2 Type II infrastructure. We never co-mingle tenants.

Yes. E-signature, audit trail, prompt capture, and model version locking are all designed against ALCOA principles. We provide a validation package for life-sciences customers.
Sensitive fields are tokenized before reaching the model. Prompt hashes (not raw text) are stored in the signature record when PHI is involved.

How long does a typical deployment take?

Yes. Our solutions team has migrated from Archer, ServiceNow GRC, and homegrown SharePoint workflows. Migration is included in the platform fee.
